This website introduces MILO Smart Remote, a product of Bulkhead Consulting LLC, and provides setup and troubleshooting information.

Information on this website

This version has no customer account registration or support submission form. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you choose Accept analytics. It measures page views, traffic sources, device and browser information, engagement, and clicks on the support email link. Analytics may store cookies in your browser. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Use Analytics preferences on any page to change your choice. We store that choice in your browser. The remote preview is illustrative and does not discover or connect to devices. The support checklist copies text to your clipboard only when you select that action.

Google processes analytics information to provide the service. See Google’s privacy policy. Do not include personal or sensitive information in website URLs.

Hosting and fonts

The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and browser request details, to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to serve them.

Support

Contact support@miloremote.com for help. When you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Mail is hosted by Porkbun. Do not send pairing codes, passwords, or network credentials. The website email link opens your email application; it does not submit a website form.
